Submission of contributions:
- 02.06.2025: Abstract submission opens
- 28.09.2025: Deadline submission of abstracts for presentations and posters
- 26.10.2025: Notification of acceptance for presentation or poster
- 21.12.2025: Submission of extended abstract
- 11.01.2026: Submission of final presentation or poster for publication in the Book of Presentations.
Registration:
- 02.06.2025: Registration opens
- 02.11.2025: Deadline for early-bird registration
- 30.11.2025: Deadline for booking of sponsorship and exhibition packages
- 05.01.2026: Registration for site visits opens (for participants only)
- 11.01.2026: Online registration for the HTHP Symposium 2026 closes.
Late registration is available for an additional fee of 200 €. - 18.01.2026: Ultimate deadline for late registrations and site visit registration
