CS TechCom is a dynamic and specialized company with many years of experience in advanced 3D CAD/CAM. We work with Siemens NX software in combination with Simcenter 3D for FEM calculations, ensuring precise, optimized, and robust design and engineering solutions.
Our modern, well-equipped machine park includes, among others, 5-axis machining centers from Mikron, DMG, twin-spindle machine from SW. Gildemeister turning centers, as well as EMAG vertical turning centers with a pickup solution. To guarantee the highest quality, we utilize Zeiss CNC measuring machines, Schenck balancing machine and Zoller pre-setter.

CS TechCom ApS – Specialists in Advanced Compressor and Turbo Machinery Technology
CS TechCom ApS is a dynamic and specialized company with many years of experience in advanced 3D CAD/CAM. We work with Siemens NX software in combination with Simcenter 3D for FEM calculations, ensuring precise, optimized, and robust design and engineering solutions.
The company has over 20 years of experience in developing and manufacturing, among other things, axial and centrifugal impellers, turbine wheels, and specialized pump components.
Over the years, CS TechCom ApS has worked with large-scale axial compressors, including solutions with diameters up to Ø900 mm and up to seven stages. The development of these advanced compressors has been carried out in close collaboration with, among others, DTI and has resulted in robust, high-performance solutions made from materials such as Aluminium 2618 and Titanium Grade 5. At the same time, the company has gained solid experience with radial compressors in titanium with diameters up to Ø400 mm, highlighting the breadth of CS TechCom’s technological expertise.
A key strength of CS TechCom ApS is its ability to manage the entire development and production chain in-house. From initial CAD concepts and FEM analyses to mechanical design and in-house production, as well as procurement of electrical components, assembly, and final commissioning. This holistic approach ensures high quality, short decision-making paths, and optimal solutions tailored to the specific application.
The compressor systems are based on modern permanent magnet motors (PM motors) combined with magnetic bearings, providing high energy efficiency, reduced mechanical wear, and the possibility for advanced monitoring and control.
CS TechCom ApS works both from clear customer specifications and from data developed in close collaboration with DTI. This enables the company to develop both prototypes and finished solutions based on DTI calculations, as well as tailor-made solutions using the customer’s own data. In addition, CS TechCom ApS can also handle the final production of complete heat pumps after the prototype stage. The result is innovative and technically optimized solutions for demanding industrial applications – always with a focus on performance, reliability, and quality.
