Covid-19 Information

We are continuously trying to accommodate the development of the Covid-19 pandemic to create a safe and pleasant experience at the HTHP Symposium.

The pandemic is developing dynamically, and we are constantly trying to anticipate the situation to create a safe and pleasant experience for everybody at the HTHP symposium. On this page, we are collecting the most recent information.

Safety precautions and travel restrictions

The event will follow the current rules and regulations of the Danish authorities. We expect each participant to show a valid Corona passport and will ensure sufficient safety precautions such as sufficient space at the location.

We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the current travel restrictions of the Danish authorities.

Fallback Options

Despite the current challenging situation, we are expecting that it will be possible to host the HTHP Symposium physically on the 29th and 30th of March 2022 in Copenhagen in a safe and pleasant atmosphere.

If it nonetheless turns out that this will not be possible, we will consider postponing the event to a later date or to organize it as an hybrid event with the possibility to follow the symposium online. A final decision about this will be made by the 6th of March to allow everybody to book flights and accommodation in due time.

Irrespective of this, we encourage you to sign up as early as possible to help us with the planning of the event. The registration will be flexible and first invoiced close to the actual date of the event. This means, that your registration will remain valid even in case of a postponement. If the new date does not fit for selected participants, it is possible to unregister or adjust the registration free of charge within a certain time.
