Participation fees

Invoice
If you want us to register your participation by means of a PO or requisition number, please remember to include it when registering.
Please notice that the participant fee will first be invoiced shortly before the actual event.
Payment by credit card
You can also choose to pay for your registration by credit card.
The link for the credit card payment will be send to you by e-mail.
In order to get the payment link, please make a comment on credit card payment when registering or by sending us an e-mail to info@hthp-symposium.org
Cancellation
For cancellations or changes later than four weeks before the start of the event, there will be an administration fee of 50% of the cost. For cancellations or changes later than two weeks before the start of the event there will be no refund.
Photos
The event organizers and other participants may take photographs during the event. The photos will be used in printed materials or on the internet without additional notice or compensation. Individuals will not be identified/named in any photo.
