The symposium is a great place to network with other people and companies, and it is a great opportunity to get in contact with potential customers and collaboration partners.

As a sponsor, you support the HTHP Symposium and increase your brand recognition before, during and after the event by giving your company exposure to a new audience. 

As an exhibitor, you will get a higher level of interaction with the other participants at the symposium by booking an exhibition stand in the exhibition area to create visibility for your company.
The exhibition area will be the main area during breaks.

What is the difference between sponsor and exhibitor?

The packages are the same in terms of logo visibility for both sponsors and exhibitors. The difference is that you can choose to become an exhibitor and have a dedicated area at the symposium where you can showcase your own marketing materials. The price is the same - you do not pay extra to become an exhibitor.

Gold Exhibition and Sponsor Package

Increased logo visibility

• Your logo with link to your company website and a short description of your company (max. 250 words) on a dedicated sponsor page on this website
• Slides showing all exhibitors ans sponsors shown during breaks at the symposium
• Your logo on a dedicated page showing all sponsors and optionally a half page advertisement for one product or service in the conference program
• Your logo on eight roll-ups/posters showing all sponsors on the conference site (exhibition and conference area)
• Your logo in the HTHP Symposium newsletter, including a short description of your company (max. 250 words)

For exhibitors only:

• Exhibition area (approx. 3 x 2 m)
• One standard table with two chairs and one cocktail table
• Possibility to place two roll-ups close to the table
• Possibility to hand out marketing items and materials
• Power connection
• Conference admission passes for two persons, including conference dinner

Silver Exhibition and Sponsor Package

Logo visibility

• Your logo with link to your company website on a dedicated sponsor page on this website
• Slides showing all exhibitors ans sponsors shown during breaks at the symposium
• Your logo on a dedicated page showing all sponsors in the conference program
• Your logo on four roll-ups/posters showing all sponsors on the conference site (exhibition area only)
• Your logo in the HTHP Symposium newsletter

For exhibitors only:

• Exhibition area (approx. 3 x 2 m)
• One cocktail table
• Possibility to place one roll-up close to the table
• Possibility to hand out marketing items and materials
• Power connection
• Conference admission pass for one person, including conference dinner
