Call for Abstracts
Everybody in the field of high-temperature heat pumps is invited to submit an abstract for a presentation or a poster at the symposium.
The symposium covers all aspects of high-temperature heat pumps and decarbonization of industrial process heating, and everybody working in the field is invited to submit an abstract and contribute to the Symposium. Click below and get an overview of the scope and topics of the symposium.
The abstracts should be below one page and follow the template. The abstracts should be submitted by e-mail to info@hthp-symposium.org before the 6 October 2023. The abstracts will then be evaluated and used as the basis for the program of the symposium. You will be notified of the acceptance for a presentation or a poster shortly thereafter.
EXTENDED DEADLINE for submission of abstracts for presentations and posters: 6 October 2023
All contributions are expected to clearly have a technical focus, while company marketing should be reduced to an absolute minimum. For exposing the companies and networking with potential customers, we suggest considering an exhibition package.
The conference contributions will be collected and published directly after the Symposium in a Book of Presentations. For the book of presentations, each author is requested to provide an extended abstract, which will be published together with the presentation or the poster in the book of presentations. The extended abstract and a final version of the presentation or poster has to be submitted before 22 December 2023.

- 29.09.23: Notification of acceptance of presentation or poster
- 06.10.2023: EXTENDED DEADLINE for submission of abstracts for presentations and posters
- 22.12.23: Deadline for submission of extended abstracts and final version of presentation / poster
